Dr. Dhanjit Litt
MD, FRCPC - Chief of Clinical Staff
Dr. Dhanjit Litt is a clinician, teacher, and healthcare leader who completed his training in Internal Medicine at the University of Toronto in 2015. In addition to serving as our Medicine at the University of Toronto in 2015. In addtion to serving as our Chief of Clinical Staff, Dhanjit is also the Hospitalist Medicine division at Trillium Health Partners, Canada’s largest community based acadameic hospital.
Dr. Tariq Shivjii
MD, CCFP - Family Physician
Dr. Shivjii began his studies at McMaster University in Hamilton, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science. He went on to complete his medical training at St. George’s University which allowed him to do clinical training in Brooklyn as well as doing a transfer program in the UK.
Therese Trinidad
RPN- Registered Practical Nurse & Patient Consultant
Therese graduated from the Registered Practical Nursing program at George Brown College with honours. She has extensive and wide ranging experience in nursing addiction rehab, pain management, and in-patient surgery.
Jocylen T. Ay-Ay Beri
RPN- Registered Practical Nurse & Patient Consultant
Jocylen T. Ay-Ay Beri is a Registered Practical Nurse. She completed her Bachelor degree in Nursing in the Philippines, followed by a Master of Arts in Nursing with a Major in Clinical Supervision. She is a member of College of Nurses of Ontario and is currently furthering her Nursing degree here in Canada.
